Welcome to Simply Now Micro Chapel. By booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully.

Services Provided

  • Simply Now Micro Chapel offers officiant-led elopement ceremonies and related services at our micro chapel in Kennewick, WA.

  • All services are provided by appointment only.

Booking & Payment

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

  • This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

  • Remaining balance is due no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled ceremony, unless you have arranged in advance for cash payment at the chapel.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. Checks are not accepted.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • You may reschedule one time at no additional cost if we receive at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • A second reschedule, or one made with less than 48 hours’ notice, will require a new $100 deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your ceremony will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time and bring your valid marriage license.

  • Provide two witnesses (age 12+), or request our complimentary witnesses in advance.

  • Treat our staff, chapel, and décor with care and respect.

  • Ensure that all guests follow safety and behavior guidelines provided by staff.

Liability

Simply Now Micro Chapel is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 5, 2025

At Simply Now Micro Chapel, we understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting the time and resources reserved just for your ceremony.

Deposits

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your ceremony date.

  • This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

  • If you cancel, you will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations

  • 48 hours or more before your scheduled ceremony → You may cancel without additional charge. The $100 deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Less than 48 hours before your scheduled ceremony → Your deposit will be forfeited, and any remaining balance may also be non-refundable if staff or preparations were finalized.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your ceremony without notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and all payments, including your deposit, will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule one time at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • A second reschedule, or one made with short notice, will require a new $100 deposit to hold the new date.

Payments

  • Remaining balance is due no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled ceremony time, unless you have arranged in advance for cash payment at the chapel.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard.

  • Checks are not accepted.

Refund of Remaining Balance

  • If you have paid more than the $100 deposit and cancel 48+ hours before your ceremony, we will gladly refund the balance.

  • Deposits are always non-refundable.
